Lois Hime

Lois Jean (Jeannie) Hime, wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her beloved eternal resting place on February 18, 2021. She entered this world on April 3, 1938 in Creek County, Oklahoma, born to Otis Crosley and Isabelle Giffin Crosley.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in the Newkirk City Cemetery with Scott Dutton of Newkirk Church of Christ officiating. A celebration of life service will take place at a later date. Visitation will be in the Miller Stahl Funeral Home on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Jeannie married the love of her life, Kerry Hime on May 11, 1964 in Enid, OK. She moved with her husband to follow were the work was available living in Oklahoma, Arizona, Alabama, California and Kansas to name a few. Jeannie was a dedicated foster mother for 20  years in California. In 2015 they moved to Newkirk, OK to be closer to family. Jeannie was a faithful member of the Garriot Rd Church of Christ and Newkirk Church of Christ helping with potluck meals and Bible studies. She also enjoyed working crossword puzzles, sewing.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are Husband; Kerry of 56 years, daughter; Eleanor Hime of Newkirk, OK, Five grandchildren; Joshua Mosley, Kerry Ransom, Donavan Ransom, Tatiana Taplin and Priana Taplin; Two great grandchildren, Justin Ransom and Tyler Ransom and Laila and Aiden Mosley. Two Sisters; Phyllis Ray of Prescott Valley, Arizona, Nova Nance of Enid, OK, One brother; Jerry Crosley of Phoenix, Arizona and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jeannie was preceded in death by her Parents, One Son; Charles Hime, One brother, Jack Crosley and One sister, Helen Crosley
