Kevin Hiller

Kevin Hiller, 61, beloved Brother and Uncle, was called to his eternal resting place on October 8, 2023. He entered this world on January 24, 1962, in Arkansas City, KS, born to Billy and Vivian Rundle Hiller.

Kevin grew up in Arkansas City, KS and attended schools in Arkansas City, graduating in 1980. He also attended Cowley County Community College and Kansas State University. Kevin worked in construction for numerous companies in Wichita, KS and eventually went into business for himself operating his own construction company.

Kevin enjoyed fishing for largemouth Bass, Trout, and hunting Whitetail Deer and Elk which in turn came to open his taxidermy business. He was very talented, in fact, he could teach himself anything he set his mind to such as Taxidermy, Wood Carving to name a few. Kevin also enjoyed spending time with family and watching Kansas State Football, hanging out with friends.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sister; Kathy Pappan of Newkirk, OK Niece, Keegan Owen, Nephews, Clayton Pappan and wife Jessica, Gavin Pappan and wife Osa, Nephew Kobe Fortenberry, Niece Becky Porter and numerous great nieces and great nephews, and numerous friends.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Kirk Hiller, Niece Jennifer McClaflin.

Kevin will be greatly missed, and we will see him again ripping the lips off the big Bass in heaven with a golden rod. Fly high, we’ll see you soon.
